Supporters fund a platform fee of 5.0% of the tip or $0.50, whichever is greater, plus a processing allowance that covers card, fraud-screening and payout costs.

The creator gets the full tip in every row. Your card statement shows TIPJAR* followed by the creator’s name. Creator payouts start at $50.00 in eligible funds, which keeps the jar free for creators.

    Stripe identity verification first. New creators’ tips are eligible after 14 days, the first payout comes after 30, and weekly payouts follow manual review.

    Limits keyed to accounts

    Self-tipping and collusion are flagged and held. A creator’s first dispute freezes payouts pending review, and issuer fraud warnings trigger automatic refunds.
